AFTER SCHOOL APPOINTMENTS Dear Parents, As we enter into a new school year, I find that it is necessary to set a policy for after school appointments. Unfortunately, it is impossible to see all of our patients after school, therefore, I think it is only fair to all concerned to implement the following policy. If you desire to have after school appointments you will have to alternate between morning (or early afternoon) and after school. For Example: If you have an after school appointment in September you will have a morning or early afternoon appointment in October. In November you can have an after school appointment and so on .
